PAPA board meetings are open to all Leigh High School performing arts parents and guardians. You do not need to hold a board position, sign up in advance, or have a student in a particular program — just come. This page stands as public notice of the meeting schedule for the 2026–27 school year.

Two Meetings to Put on Your Calendar
Monday, September 14, 2026 — Budget approval. The board reviews and votes on the annual budget that funds every program on the donations page. If you want a say in how PAPA money is allocated this year, this is the meeting to attend.
Monday, May 10, 2027 — Election for the 2027/28 board. Board positions are elected by the membership. Parents interested in serving should plan to attend, and are welcome at any earlier meeting to see what the roles involve first.
Attending
Meetings typically run about an hour. Come as you are — most attendees are parents fitting this in around work and pickups, and arriving late is better than not coming. If you would like an item raised at a meeting, please contact the board in advance through the About PAPA page so it can be added to the agenda.
