4:45 – 5:30 Unload, Stack Instruments, Stage Props at Gate
5:30 – 6:30 Eat, Change into Performance Uniform, Get ready to walk!
6:30 – 7:45 Warm up, including walk to gate
7:45 – 8:00 Gate
8:00 – 8:15 PERFORMANCE!!
8:15 – 8:30 Performance Talk, Change into Travel Uni, Load, Snack
8:45 – 9:30 Awards (Drum Majors, Guard Captain, and Perc Captain)
9:30 Dismiss
*Students/Families will need to arrange their own transportation.
