2019 Marching Band Benefit Concert for the Red Cross
Leigh High is hosting its 2nd annual Marching Band Showcase, where local schools come together to raise funds for the Red Cross. These funds will directly benefit families victimized by Bay Area fires.
This is a great night to see the talented performing arts students from Branham HS, Fremont HS, Westmont HS, Del Mar HS, and Leigh HS. Each school will perform their competition show.
Admission is free, but we ask that you bring a donation for the Red Cross. The Red Cross appreciates Target or Walmart gift cards, but cash donations can be made onsite. You can also make a credit card donation here and LHS PAPA will process the donation to the Red Cross.
Hot meals and snacks will be available for purchase at the event, including soup, chili, pizza and drinks.
The event starts at 7pm and is expected to run 90 minutes to 2 hours. Plan for cold weather and bring a blanket or stadium chair for comfortable seating. Parking in the school lot will be limited due to the students preparing for their performance, but there is plenty of parking on the street and in the neighborhoods surrounding Leigh High School. The stadium is located on the South side of the school off of Leigh Avenue.
